Electronic Judicial Services

We assist clients with the Ministry of Justice’s electronic justice services and the digital steps involved in litigation and enforcement. We help prepare and submit applications through the relevant platforms, monitor the file and respond to procedural requirements.

Services include

• Preparing and filing claims, requests, pleadings and appeals electronically.
• Managing virtual hearings and tracking notices, deadlines and court updates.
• Submitting enforcement applications and following enforcement proceedings.
• Requests relating to asset disclosure or attachment, travel restrictions and electronic auctions, where legally available.
• Guidance on using Najiz and other relevant electronic justice channels.

We review the case information and supporting documents, prepare the required submissions, monitor the platform and keep the client informed about actions and deadlines. Electronic filing does not replace legal assessment: we ensure that the requested digital procedure is appropriate to the matter and coordinate it with the broader case strategy.

Our support is available for an individual online request or ongoing management of a court or enforcement file, subject to the agreed scope.
