Labor Case Services

We advise and represent employers and employees in labor disputes under Saudi labor law. Our support includes reviewing employment documents, seeking amicable settlement where appropriate, preparing claims and legal memoranda, attending hearings and following through on judgments and enforcement.

Employer matters

• Policy violations, absence, confidentiality and competition issues.
• Disputes concerning Ministry decisions and workplace procedures.

Employee matters

• Unlawful termination, wages, end-of-service benefits and other entitlements.
• Leave, overtime, probation, sick leave and work injuries.
• Wage or promotion discrimination and disputes over employment terms.

We assess the employment relationship and documents, explain the legal position, explore settlement, prepare the appropriate claim or response, represent the client before the relevant labor bodies or courts, and assist with enforcement. The service can also include appeals and follow-up with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, labor committees, labor courts or administrative courts, as applicable.
